New and unsurpassed – SpectroMembrane® – the most elegant, safe and clean method to attach XRF-thin films to your sample cups. The simple and practical solution: a pre-perforated thin film on a paper carrier for most convenient sample support attachment, no hand contact, no contamination and a self releasing carrier frame. There is no better way to do this job.
